makeshift sheath (id like oku to make me one, but im not sure if he has a rat shaker or not (also a buffalo soldier sheath :)) in open form

made from a left handed bandicoot sheath (wich is good, cause that where i kept the folder that its replacing), and some charcoal seathbelt webbing.

and the makeshift sheath in closed position - nomally the bottom is kept in the pocket to keep the whole thing close to the body.

works pretty darn good for being a completely different knifes sheath...

as a silly side not question, this is rs101 right:confused:

i already know the answer to that question... buuuut, its always worth askin :D

such a good little knife...

May I humbly suggest Andrew Lynch as another viable choice for the sheath? He JUST (like, last week) finished an IWB Rat Shaker sheath for me, and it's about the coolest thing since sliced bread!

*I went and sliced some bread really quick to verify this statement. I have to say, that little sheath may be even cooler!

i just bought 80$ worth of sheath making stuff, as well as my owning 35 yards of seat belt webbing, so im just going to make one myself :)

andrew would be awesome, but he's is at school, and im sure that he has very precious little time time to spend outside of studying

and if i dont like my own disign, i can fix it same day:D

Man, those two look sweet!:D I lack any kind of sheath-making skill, I got frustrated with an AS I had and used tape and cardboard, but I guess it works...:D

Shoot, I didn't know Andrew was in school...he shouldn't have been working on MY sheath either! :footinmou

Don Rac, if you don't mind me saying so, that's a scary looking cat! :D

heh... thats one of the best avatars ive seen on here :D

well, im pretty sure that andrew likes making sheaths, and he did get paid for it, so its not all bad :), i doubt he would complain about making a sheath every so often:)

its suprising how well those tactical cardboard rigs do! the one i have is horazontal carry though, and i really prefer vertical...

Hehe, the cat one is a favorite around BF, I can't find the original big pic of it that I saved though...

The AS needs a real sheath soon. The cardboard, tape, and a small knife doesn't do too well outdoors.;)

Too bad situations dodn't permit me to make my long awaited trip to Blade West, but at least the new models are going to go up on both the Swamp Rat and Busse websites...right?:D
