Hello someone suggested this site to me and I've never heard of it before. I checked it out and searched on the forum but didn't find much. Has anyone ever ordered from them? Are they a good place to buy or not? Opinions welcome. :D

i haven't ordered from them in some time, but last time I ordered, there was no problem, the knives arrived fine. Took a bit long in shipping, but I was OK with that given the lower price.

things may have changed since then, but at least I have not had problems with them back then.
 
I have ordered from them twice before and got the knife but the shipping was slooooooooow. If you are in a hurry I would check someone else out. I think both time it took around 3 weeks to get the knife.
 
I believe that "Bladematrix.com" is a scam website. The one I suggest is "Bladematrix.tv". "Bladematrix.com" uses their graphics on the homepae. I have ordered from "Bladematrix.tv" several times. Good prices, prompt service, and a good selection.
 
I was reading on bladematrix.com website that only 30% of what is on there site is actually on hand. The other 70% is ordered upon your order for it. :eek: No thank you!
 
Bladematrix.tv is a good spot. I shop the brick and mortar store behind this site, and they are good guys with some very good prices. Only thing I would recommend is that you provide very specific model and product number information when ordering. The store is a hodge podge and they are somewhat disorganized, but otherwise go out of their way to please.

Bought over fifty knives from bladematrix.tv , shipping rates are low and
Kendal will often meet, or beat, an on line knife price, just give him the website where you saw the price.
 
I have personally bought from Bladematrix plenty of times just not online. Bladematrix.com is actually a knife store in newport kentucky called Cecil Clark Knife Company(they just call there online store bladematrix.com) and is basically a mom and pop type of store. I live about 15 mins away and since ive found them about 4 years ago i give my business exclusively to them. Its awaesome cause in there actual store they have pretty much any production knife in any variety you can think of. Kendall, The guy who owns it is very critical about having good customer service, I bought an Endura 4 from them once and after a couple days i noticed a blemmish on the blade so i went down there just to let kendall know about it so he could maybe check the other ones he had to make sure mine was the only one, when i showed it to him i didnt even finish my sentence and he had already handed me a new one in the box(AWESOME C.S). So its definetly not a scam site, and they may not have the fastest shipping or the very most cheapest prices, but if you have a problem with whatever you buy kendall WILL fix it, plus i think its great to support the small bussiness owners. Oh, and they have alot of stuff thats not on there website(Like BENCHMADE), so you could probably just call him and order it by phone.
