After an exhaustive search I Finally found my Burnt Orange Blur. Bought it brand new still in box. I recieved it and put it right in my pocket! The first time I opened it there wasn't much authority behind it. After about a week I decided to call C.S. and get a T-bar en-route. The t-bar came and I finally had a chance today to take it apart.
I pulled the cover off the inside of the handle and the t-bar looked ok, but when I placed them side by side it was obvious it was not!
It was hard to photograph and didn't really turn up but there is breakage in the inside of the bend
Being I bought it new I know it was never opened and closed a billion times. My conclusion is it was just a bad t-bar. No biggie as it's an easy job to do and this is the first out of 30 or so that I had to replace right away. Thats not a bad ratio in my opinion. Thanks go to Jeremy in C.S. for getting the parts out to me quickly! She now Fires like she ought to, and is no worse for wear! Took me a whole 10 mins. to do including taking pics along the way!
