I have a long bone, I think it is from a deer but, can't swear to that! I want to have it stabilized or resin impregnated, but I've looked all over the Internet, and either I'm not asking the right questions or there isn't anyone out there that does this kind of work!

Is there anyone here at Blade Forums that does this kind of work, knows of someone that does, or can point me in the right direction to have this work done! I want a good friend of mine to make two knives for me, with this bone for handles once it is stabilized! Can anyone out there help me? Thanks for your time and trouble!

Take care,

Thank you very much for getting back to me on that Stan. I will try to call them tomorrow, and try to get the ball rolling! I'm hoping to get these made for Christmas, so I'm kind of in a rush! Sorry for the delay in getting back to you to thank you but, I've been kind of sick for about the last week from the Chemo that I have been receiving! Didn't mean to make you think I was just ignoring your hospitallity in getting back to me with a contact, to make with my problem! Take care and thanks again!

Stan, just wanted to let you know that I got ahold of K & G on Monday, and shipped to bone out to them on the same day! Just standing by to see what will happen now! I'm just hoping that it will make the trip to Arizona, be stabilized, and make it back to me in one priece, so that we can use it for the two bowies we want out of it! Thanks again for you help!

Take care,
ft

Good deal sir, the folks at KG do good work and I'm sure your bone will be great.
Stan
