What books do you recommend on the subject of knifemaking, I've got "How to Make Knives" by Barney&Loveless, "The Complete Bladesmith" by Hrisoulas and "The Complete Guide to Crafting Knives, Handles and Sheaths" by Bergman&Boswell.

What shall I buy next?

cheers

Welcome to the Forums!
What type of knifemaking are you doing? Stock removal or forging?
If it's forging, I'd recommend "Knife Talk" by Ed Fowler. I keep going back to this book again and again.
For either SR or forging Wayne Goddard has a pair of books out that are among my most read(and re-read) "The Wonder of Knifemaking" and "The $50.00 Knife Shop".

David Boye also has a fairly good book out called "Step By Step Knifemaking".

Hope this helps.

All the Best,
Mike U.

BTW, how is that book by Jim Hrisoulas? I see ads for it but have never heard much about it otherwise.

tim Mc creights book custom knife making. its the one i started with over five years ago.
