i picked up a Delica today, the idea being that my girlfriend would get it and keep it on her. i have to say im very pleased with the quality of the knife:thumbup: i must say though, i feel it lacks on overall grip, while it is a beautiful finish, some grooves on the back of te blade would be better, that and along the bottom of the peice where your index finger grips. im going to see if i cant cut some in on my own to help my girlfriend out, she has small hands and not a very strong grip, so anythingto help her grip is what im looking for.
overall i like the knife, and if it doesnt work out for Mellisa, i thnk i'll hold onto it
if Sal Glesser reads this, my applause on making a FINE product! and in the future, i would like to see handles on your higher-end knives accomodate more of a weaker grip that many ladies might have
