Hey guys! Here's another one I just finished. It has a 6.75" blade of O1 steel. The handle is bone scales over an ebony frame. The guard, spacer, and 6 pins are brass. Please give me your opinions. I need feedback!!!
Thanks,
Ray

Ray you did good!! Nice choice of materials 01 is great & I really like bone handles. With a bit of patina on blade & natural tarnish of brass will give it a definate old world charm. The ebony frame would give it a fuller grip.
Thanks for the look.

Awesome! I really like the color combination. As mitch13 says, it will be even better with tarnish and patina. How much would something like that go for?

Thanks for the input. The brass will start to patina in a few days which is the way I like it too. I hate shiny brass! I thought about etching the blade with ferric chloride to give it an aged look but I'll probably just leave it alone. I just finished making a sheath for it which I posted a picture of.

Nenofury, I will probably put this up in the knifemaker's for sale forum a few days from now. Asking price will be around $200 shipped. Send me an email if you're interested. I want to hold on to it for a while which is what I usually do before I let my knives go.

Thanks,
Ray

 Way to go Ray!!!!
