Brett Bennett is a fairly new maker. He obviously took the time to learn his skill and learn it well. He has sent 2 knives to be photographed. The first one I did a while back, and I was extremely impressed with the quality of that knife. I recently received another one, and WOW is it pretty. Fit and finish are among the best around. Unfortunately for me, the knife was actually ordered by another forumite....so I had to send it to its rightful owner

All I can say is "nah nah nah booboo" It's mine! All mine! If I only I could make the mailman work faster to get her here.

Wow, I knew Brett made knive but I didn't know he MADE KNIVES! That thing is gorgeous! How did you get the handles colored like that Brett? I love the blueish green in it! The way the bolsteres match the integral guard are perfect! Outstanding Brett!
Richard, another excellent set of pictures! It's amazing how you get so much detail to show up and everything is perfectly crisp and in focus!
Isn't it grand to have so many quality craftsmen, and ladies, show their work here!

Always think of your fellow knife makers as partners in the search for the perfect blade, not as people trying to compete with you and your work!

Thanks for the kind words everyone.
Pertinent information: Hand-rubbed, flat ground D2 blade HTed by Rob Simonich to 60 RC. The bolsters are 416 SS, and the handle is stabilized blue dyed maple burl. Blade length is 3 3/4 inches.
Once again, great job on the pictures Richard.

Congratz JR, nice pics Rich, and beautiful work Brett.
Ain't nothing wrong with that knife. It looks like he's been doing this forever, Brett what is this like #6 or something?
Amazing!

I don't know exactly why it all sums up to this, but that has got to be one of the most beautiful knives I have ever laid eyes on.

If you like the pic, you should handle it in person. The knife is wonderful. Fit and finish is superb. Would you guess this is only the 11th knife Brett has made? I have seen knives by makers who charge 2-3 times as much that are no where near the quality of this. I am glad I have another on order and probably a 3rd after I sell a few off. Brett is definately a natural at the art of knife making. This guy is going places.
