Broke my Uncle Henry blade.

I just came across this fourm while looking for Schrades website. But from reading bits and pieces here it sounds like Schrades out of bussiness, please let me know the scoop.
In the meantime I broke the main blade on my Uncle Henry model#227uh if Schrades out. what's a guy to do?? It's to good of a hunting knife to leave in the junk drawer. Thanks Paul from Idaho

About all that can be done since Schrade has closed it's doors is to contact an independent knife repair person or a maker, but the repair will not be cheap. Might only be worth doing if the knife has sentemental value to you or your family.

It's strange their website looks as if everything is A O.K. and they're open for bussiness.
When did they close??
I guess I'll invest in a new hunting knife, sounds like everyone likes the Camillus brand although I'm not familiar with it. But I already have a head start, cuz of the info of this fourm. Thanks Paul
