Brown bone liner lock folder

Hello All,
I posted this over at the makers gallery too.
I just completed this folder for a customer.
The specs are:
2.5 inch 154CM clip point hand rubbed blade
7 inches overall length
Liner lock with 440C locking side and hardened locking bar
Brown bone scales

That is nice looking. It isn't my thing, but it IS beautiful.

That looks nice and comfy. The bone looks great. What are the two black dots in front of the pivot on the clip side?

The customer wanted to be able to move the clip from tip up to tip down as he wanted. I prefer tip up, but he want both. Those are the threaded holes for the clip for tip down.

That is good looking bone. What kind of bone is it?

The bone is cow bone dyed with Potassium permanganate.
