Thanks for posting this Ebbtide...Your pictures ar allot better than the ones I was getting.
This knife is the first one that caused me sleep deprovasion while working on it (in a few years that is)

Boy does this knife have a story,I had to hand rub the blade 3 different times due to finding scratches or when I set the ferrule on I accidentaly had it set point first on a block of steel instead of wood  along with adding the wrap around the butt end and then it being crooked so almost three hours later I had to rip it off and do it again.I even had to recycle some NS from other sheaths (not a normal practice) to get this done in time as I have had a order for some back ordered now for a month and so I made a order from another company and they didn't get it shipped until last Monday and thus I wouldn't have made it in time..But I didn't give up!!

I hope people like it at the show and tell...The lines in the Ivory kind of scared me but they are not cracks just something that came up after I finished the hanle (No I didn't over heat it eaither, slow and careful I was)

Glad you like it,Ebbtide Hey I went to bed at a decent hour last night and sleept great...For the first time in almost 2 weeks:cool:

Man, that's just fantastic! Worth giving up as many dinners as necessary I'd say, and the show and tell benefits will be permanent. That handle just rocks my socks, I can't get enough of it and can't see enough of the details. Then there's that sheath! The tip is just out of this world...

Ebbtide you are one fortunate human, is all I can say. Bruce, this was worth losing sleep over, and all the caring really shows. That's a special knife, even for you. :)

Doesn't even look like the knife picture Bruce sent me, it even looked good in a crummy picture, glad someone besides Bruce takes pictures of his knives....

Two years I've been trying to get into blade and there was always some qlitch to stop me from getting in......Ray

Well we didn't have a sit down show and tell, as in past years, but everyone liked it alot.
I had it tucked in my belt and complete strangers were asking to see it :)
I'll try to get a better pic of the mammoth ivory, I kinda rushed those, the knife was still cold from sittin' in the ups truck!

Bruce, a big thank you. You made my knife year!
