Buck coustomer service edges.

hi all,
I recently sent in my buck omni (along with some other blades) for issues with blade play. When i recieved the knife back, the edge was TERRIBLE. It looked like a noob ground the blade, as the tip was ground more than the belly, so it was uneven. do u guys have the same issues?

I have seen blades on vantages like that right out of the box, Wide grind on tip on one side normal grind on other side of tip.

Sorry to hear that. They are usually very good at CS, maybe send it back again with a clear note of what you are not happy about.

Very unusual to get one back less thn perfect. Sorry, no reason to ever have to send one back a 1st time,let alone a 2nd time. But, certainly let Buck handle it to better than factory spec. Put it in Joe Housers hands to ensure proper return quality.

Your Omni wold have been pulled out normal atoxk and not repaired as it is tricky to fix your original blade play issue.
