Hey guys,
I just wanted to say how impressed I am at Bucks Coustomer Service. I sent in three knives (including a sirus that I had tried to take apart) and i very promptly recieved them back. I would personally like to thank Joe Houser. After my Omni's blade play, I swore that I was done with buck, but due to this AMAZING service, it looks like my collection will continue to expand.!!!thanks again Joe!

Yes, we've heard it before and many of us have done it and gotten the same amazing results.

All I can say is that I totally agree.

I agree too!

Few months ago, I sent an old 301 to Buck...it was in pretty good shape, 70's era, but the previous owner had used the main blade as a pry bar, and there was some definite wobble.

So it sat around my tool box for several years. Then I decided to send it to Buck HQ, to see if anything could be done.

I got it back quick--fixed, cleaned and polished! I was thoroughly impressed. Buck is the real deal.
