Perhaps I missed them before but when I checked the Buck website this morning on their New Poducts tab they have both the Boone & Crockett 120 General and 103 Skinner listed and both appear to be available.

I've been checking regularly to see when the Chairman 110 and the Hoodlum will be available to order from the site and noticed those two models are in a different location on the page so maybe the B&C models are recent additions. Anyway, just a heads up to anyone interested.

Yeah, Bad, just noticed that myself yesterday. Had to do a double take. I keep checking for the Vantage force to become
avaialable as well as those Chairman 110's. Cant stand the wait.

I hear ya. I really wanted the Hoodlum andI guess I still do. Handled one at the Harrisonburg Knifeshow a few weeks back and it was pretty nice though when I really get down to my desire is based more on wanting one because I think it will be a short run item, kind of like the Pigsticker rather than using it. The Chairman 110 is a different story as I collect the 110s, especially the ones with nickle bolsters and I love my Chairman 301 so the 110 is a no brainer. Evey week I keep hoping they will be available so I can use my BCCI discount.

Had I not recently acquired a 120 that B&C General would probably be headed my way already.

Yup, I gotta have the Chairman 110 myself. Cant decide to get it or the Kaahla with the Prosite discount.

You know, I never really paid attention to the Kaahla. Was just checking it out. Don't know that I really need a necker, geez talk about adding yet another facet to the collection but it's a Mayo design, S30v steel and of course, it's a Buck. Now I'm really conflicted on what to get. Like I said, the Chairman 110 is a for sure but what my #2 purchase is now getting a little cloudy. The Raven Legacy is another in the tactical category I wouldn't mind having as I figure those are going to be almost impossible to find before long, aren't they discontinued?

So many choices.

Badhammer, that is funny.:p Very few of us here on the forum NEED a necker or any other knife, but its not about need, its all about the WANT:p:thumbup::) That being said, I have a Hartsook, but I need a Kaahla;)

Guess what just showed up on my doorstep?

Yep a Kaala! Had a 50% off coupon and couldn't decide what I wanted and this thread popped into my head and BAM, I went for it and I like it!!!!!

Ok, the sheath is kind of cheesy but it seems to do the job The knife itself is darn nice. Feels good and fit's my hand well. Great edge on it. Now for the real kicker, also took delivery of a Becker Eskabar. Went from no neckers to two in a week. Both are nice but for the blade I'll give the nod to the Kaala. For the sheath though I gotta go with the Becker. That makes two Mayo Bucks now in my collection, this Kaala and my TNT Mayo. May look into picking up a Hilo and a Cutback.

Just checking to see if Joe or anyone has an ETA for the Hoodlum availability on the Buck website? Wanting to use my BCCI discount but it's still listed as unavailable.

I know that the Hoodlum has been selling way above plan which is both good and bad. We usually wont list a new knife on the web site if it is on back order, which is the case with the Hoodlum. It could still be several months until we get caught up and fill existing orders. Not good if you need one now! :o

If I actually NEEDED one now, I'd just buy it on e-Bay.

Fortunately, my African safari is on hold for a few months, so I can wait.

:D

Thank you Joe. As with most of my purchases it's not a matter of "need" but more "really, really want" so waiting just adds to the anticipation. FWIW a new Web Special would be a nice distraction. Hint, hint!!
