Hi All,

Is there a Busse small enough to carry everyday?

I am looking for something with around a 3 inch blade or less, that I could get a concealable sheath for (possibly to carry in my pocket). Is there such a knife

If there is, could you PLEASE post pics, and let me know the cost to grab one, and cost for sheath as well?

I need the most rust resistant steal they have as well.

Any and all suggestions will be much appreciated.

Thanks,

sp

The Game Warden and Active duty are the two most edcable busses. There are some other small ones, but those are the best small carry knives I've seen. The Warden may be sort of available through the company store if you're perceptive enough. The active duty and it's variants (heavy duty, etc) are available through the aftermarket at somewhat elevated prices. The game warden has a sub-3 inch blade, and the active duty I believe is 3.5 inches.

The answer is GAME WARDEN!!!
There are several versions of this knife with different handles and blade finishes. They are hard to get from the store, but right now you can find some for sell in the Buy/Sell section of this forum. I have double cut blade/ black micarta version ot the GW and I love it. I carry it everywhere - even if i'm wearing suit. It's very concealable. Great EDC knife!

Game Warden is a good bet. INFI is pretty corrosion resistant on it's own, but some models were coated. For pocket carry, I would suggest a skeleton Warden. Very good size for EDC.

You could always carry larger knives if your okay with the legal ramifications. I've carried dualing satin jacks (hog/thick version, the other a modded or custom slicer) for 2 years now, and haven't had any personal problems with it.

You just need a sheath thats high enough to not hit the seat when you sit down, and low enough that it doesnt jab your ribs excessively.

My set up tends to rest right between the sacrospinalis and the medial latissimus dorsi for the handle, and for the blade/sheath portion it rests right along the lateral portion of the gluts.

I find it comfortable enough that I can wear it all day, and while I sleep when needed.

Wow -- you are prepared!

I wish that was my EDC -- job won't allow that though...

Barrabas, the Game Wardne is a pretty sweet, quite small blade. Here's a pic of my set-up (with a buybrown kydex sheath.) The teklock can easily be removed for pocket carry

The Game Warden is going to be your best bet for a small edc busse right now. They're readily available in the for sale forum.

Definitely the Game Warden!
Here's a pic someone posted of a sweet sheath made by Leatherman, i believe. (Not sure who's pic this was. Hope they don't mind the repost) It's the one in the middle with the clip. It goes inside your front pocket with the clip on the outside.
INFI is actually pretty corrosion resistant. If you're still concerned there is a Yellow handled warden with a Black coated blade that will not be affected by moisture.

my personal fave is my busse custom shop active duty with snakeskin..... i love that damn knife and my wife has highjacked it.

LVC, knice rig and looks like some very cool ink as well!

My SMOG and what is possibly one of the ugliest sheaths in existence are in my back pocket at all times.

I've never seen someone tec-loc something with the actuators/levers/mechanism out.

Great SMOG Mike!!! I don't care for Smogs in the least.....as far as an EDC...there id the SKeleton Warden, the Assault Shaker, the Active Duty, and my new favorite....IWC Mean Street Fatty, as long as your shirt is untucked ...never notice it is there. My Ass. Shaker is set up for horizontal bely carry, so you never even notice it. Only while on days I am not going into the City will I carry a Straight handle Satin Jack...my favorite mid sized Busse.

Off Duty. You could use it to chalk your wheels when you park on hills as a bonus!

As mentioned in here already, I give also my vote for the GW:thumbup:

active duty' have such a better design in my opinion......

and dennis i wear my smaller knives with the teclok out like that....... find that they dont allow the blade to dig in when you sit down....
