It is very important that we get in touch with Jerry Busse. I have tried calling and leaving messages, emailing, posting on the Busse forum and emailing some of his associates. I'm not sure if he's available, on vacation or what they deal is. Anyway, if any of you talk to him please pass along our need to talk with him. My cell # is 256-527-2808

I don't mind maybe an RC3 collaberation but not all,let's keep RC 1095 and maybe D2( I am hoping for ) but now let's just get the full RC line up out on the shelves before day dreaming of other RC Side projects. IMO ! LOL
 
He emailed me and stated he doesn't want to talk, so no big deal. Thanks for passing the info along.
 
Not to be overly nosey, but why in the world would the folks over at Busse knife NOT want to talk to the RAT guys about putting the brakes on Ontarios attempt at trademarking names that belong to other companies? Seems to me it would be in both companies (Rat and Busse) best interest to join forces opposing Ontario. Am I missing something here?

I'm hoping it's a "We don't need to talk because it doesn't involve you." rather than "We don't want anything to do with you, don't bother us." type thing.
 
Or mabey the talking has been done and there's no need to make any of it news on a public forum.

On this one, you're absolutely right. We have a lot of respect for Busse knives, their warranty and the fact they are made in the USA. They make a great product. We simply wanted to offer a proposal on some trademark issues that would keep any potential conflict down between our two companies.

At this stage it's probably best if we just close this thread.
