Can not relate

Hi,
I can not relate to any of the stories I have just read.

I have never been asked what I need to have a knife for.

I have always had some kind of knife on me from about the age of 14 on.

I can remember having a kife everyday in school from 10th grade on.
Everyone in school that had any kind of shop class had a pocket knife on them.
I know things are differant now in the schools and I'm sorry to hear that it is this way.

I lived in Minnesota till I was 19 then moved to South Dakota.
I have been in South Dakota for 14 years.

My knife life has been good

phal , you are indeed lucky in that where you have lived American
values still exist. Don't forget .......where you live is just to far from
D.C. for the politicians and do gooders to mess with.
