Can't access attachments as a basic member?

For some odd reason I and a few others that upgraded to Basic Members in the HI Forum can't access the attachments that a Gold Member posted in the HI Forum. One of the fellows said if he logged off he could access it. I didn't try that to see if I could or not.
Is there a switch that maybe needs to be turned on somewhere or?
We could always access the attachments as Registered Users.

Me too. Truth is, registered members can access the photos, but I can't since moving up to Basic.
