Capybara Redux

Here's a little hunter I finished. This is the second of two "working grade" pieces I will be bringing with me to Blade.

I forged the blade from 1/2" w2 round bar, 416 fixtures, green canvas micarta handle. 3.375" blade, 7.875" OAL. Mirror polished radiused spine, sharpened swedges for fire steel striking.

The other pieces I'm bringing to Blade are a little more "high end" . I'll post some photos when I finish the collection.

I'm fairly certain I will be getting a call from Mr. Garsson regarding this piece .

I bet that doesn't stay on the table very long. The Micarta really looks good on this knife. A great choice for handle material.

hi Matt, that is one handsome looking piece of steel...e-mail me any left overs after Blade-which i highly doubt there will be any.

i can't wait to see the other high-end stuff.
