Changed e-mail address and can't post

This isn't my problem but my friend, Ian Allomes. Here's a rundown of his trouble:

Hi,
I changed my email address in blade forums a little over a week ago and received an auto response giving me a new password.
That was fine, but when I logged in and received the normal welcome message I was taken to another screen telling me that I have broken security rules then freezes me in that page unless I log out again.
I’ve sent four emails explaining and asking for help, but no replies?? I’m a gold member and still financial.

Here’s a copy of the message I get once logged in.

I tried helping Ian troubleshoot, I do not think the problem is on his end.

Is he going to get comped for the time his login doesn't work? Someone send him an email.

Just as information, that is the same message I receive when I am logged in, and try to view attached images. I have no trouble when I come to the site as a visitor, the attached images appear as thumbnails and are easily enlarged. Go figure.

Spark is trying to figure this out -- this and the other current complaints -- in between juggling a lot of other stuff going on. It's perplexing....
