Cheap supplier of 15n20?

Where is the cheapest place to get 15n20 or another steel that will contrast good with 1084. I've been using motorcycle chain. It makes for a cool pattern but I want something already flat. welding up chain is alot of work.

Admiral the only problem is it only come in 8"w x 36" or 72"L. can't find my notes, I think it was $3.50@ Lb.

If anyone needs some I have 1.5 x 6 inch pieces.
3.50 per pound... Min 20 pounds. This is the type with the nickel For brightness. Please beware there are two types. One with and one without nickle. This has about 1.5 percent if I remember right.

how can you tell before you buy and try?

Ask for certification. Or an element breakdown in writing.
I bought mine direct from the mill.
