Chisel Edge production knives?

What companies produce chisel edge tactical-folders? Not only tanto style blades. I have seen a few BM strykers in a chisel edge, as well as EKI cqc7 production knives, BM 970, but can't think of any others. Are the Commander series knives chisel edge?

I am not sure how eveyrone defines chisel edge nowadays. I always believed it meant the blade was sharpened on ONE SIDE ONLY. Some have told me, and througout my reading, have come to believe that this means the blade is ground completely flat on the backside. Is this so? Do any companies produce knives where both sides are ground as a normal knife (like a hollow grind or a bm afck style grind e.t.c.) but only one side of the edge is sharpened? Thanks for the time.

I just got a serrated spyderco matriarch. Both sides are ground, but only the one side of the blade is sharpened. Similarly the EKI Commander blades are "V grind" but are only sharpened on the logo side.

I'm not sure how it gets defined, either. I've seen threads with people talking at cross-purposes, because some of us were referring to a chisel grind as a primary bevel, and others referred to a secondary bevel sharpened only on the one side as a chisel grind, too.

I really would prefer the term used for that primary bevel, with a comment added about the secondary bevel being zero or one side or both sides.

Also, I think of a chisel grind as a saber grind, which begins about halfway down the blade, but Running Dog does what they call an asymmetrical grind, which is not ground on the back but flat ground on the front.

The Commander is a v-grind with a secondary bevel on one side only. The Cold Steel Vaquero Grande is a flat v-grind with a totally serrated edge, and the serrations are cut into one side only. It makes it easy to sharpen, since all I have to do is steel it on the back, and that straightens the tiny teeth right back up. I haven't tried to sharpen my Commander yet. I'll have to think about that.

The easiest way of describing the Commander is that it's Conventional grind with a chisel edge.
