Choppin' with a Howler

Who else out there is chopping onions and peppers with their Howling Rat for a big batch of Veteran's Day chili? Now that I've got the veggies simmering in the pot my eyes are watering from the Datil peppers and Chipotle peppers and red pepper. I cubed up some stew meat with the Howler and still have ten fingers, total. A nice cold Yeungling Porter is helping to cut the sting though. I don't cook with it, I'll probably use a Coors for that. It ain't much but it makes good cooking beer. Oh, well, back to the stove. :D
 
I could put up a picture of a bowl of chili and a picture of the 5 gal. of beer I made the day before to wash it down but...the chili is in the freezer and the Howler is back in the sheath. ;)
