Just received a new fixed blade and wanted to sing the praises of Chuck Hallberg. I'll be posting a full review as soon as I get a scan linked up, but suffice to say it's a beauty. 9" OAL, with a 4 5/8" blade, 440V, notched thumb ramp, fuller/blood groove, and gorgeous turquoise/black micarta handles with mosaic pins. Came with nicely crafted, sturdy kydex sheath and at a very reasonable price. If you check out his web page(and I suggest you do) at

go to gallery three, and scroll down to the fifth knife. Mine is a scaled down version of that fighter. Most importantly, Chuck was a pleasure to deal with. Great communication, from initial drawings to scans at key points along the way, and he seemed as excited in the project as I was. In fact, we're fixing to do it again. I hope you keep an eye out for my review and, in the meantime, check out Chuck's fine work.

Donovan,
Man those knives look great...and the prices are outstanding. I gotta take a closer look at this guy.
