I've cleaned the shop and I want to get rid of some junk that's been taking up space.
I've some 6-10 motors of various sizes and frames. All fractional HP....some in good shape...and some need help.
I've got some castable refractories. I'd say about 200lbs (maybe as much as 500lbs)..... 3 or 4 different types..... but all designed for molten iron contact. All very high performance for foundry applications.
The refractory material is ideal for making forges, furnaces, and furnace furniture. It is too heavy and bulky to ship. I'm hoping that some one local will come over and pick it up...it is free! It is all a water mix that you ram or cast into place around a form......then burnout the form.
The motors are 1/4, 1/3,...and maybe 1/2 hp sizes. Open frames..typically from blowers and fans. I'm not interested in shipping them either because the shipping will cost more than the motor is worth....heck, I doubt that I've paid more than $5 each for them...when purchased at a garage sell or something. They are free...but you have to come over and pick them up.
I'm getting organized and I need more room....If you come over, I may throw in some scrap steel,...and who knows what else.
Please help me and take this stuff away!
Sincerely,
Rob Frink
