Here is a clever my buy gave me that I restored. He wanted me to cut it up and make a mini clever but after it sat at my house forever I was kind of like "heck no this thing can be fixed up!"
So I cleaned her up, reground the blade to a convex edge, up to 1000 grit on the belt sander then buffed the crap out of it. Handles are orange osage, flamed in the style of Mike Jones knife and tool who has given me a lot of advice recently btw. And if you have not heard of him look him up! He is super talented and makes custom fixed blades that are stunning, )he is kind of my role model lately)
I left a lot of the patina because I did not want to take away all the rustic charm of it. This is the second restoration I have done and I think I like it! Let me know what you guys think!

Looks great, nice work!

I bet that thing would do a nice job on some crispy roasted pork belly!

I’ve always liked the hole to hang them.

Thanks for sharing!

Very nice, I love to see the old stuff fixed-up, good on you for not cutting it down, Mate

The rubbed-out butt on the bench, nice touch
