I am seeking for a type of gadget that allows you to attach any sheath knife with belt loop to the gadget and subsequently clipped to my pants. I wear suspenders. I have no idea where to look.
Any ideas are welcome.
 
Mate, consider a trip to the hardware store to do this.

I've done what you ask without buying an expensive "clip".

Assuming you have sheath for the knife buy the a split round
keyring then buy your choice of hardware snap. Fasten the
keyring to the sheath ( you may have rig a way to do this but
I had no problems) then install the snap on the ring and presto
snap it to your belt loop. Makes a dandy dangler sheath for any
knife. It's also safer when you sit down.
 
Yes, that's what I mean. There are other styles so look around.
It's hard to discribe a hardware snap as folk's have so many names
for them. I'm glad you understood what I ment.

Since the one in your drawing has a square bottom you might be
able to omit the split ring key ring. I think you get the idea so play
with it a bit using what's available in your area.
