Code 3 Crosslock

I use to own one of the older zytel handle crosslocks and remeber it well, besides the fact it allways lossened up and had a weird blade screw you couldn't really tighten. Have they improved this with the new design? I really like the look of it but have yet to see or handle one.

I have both,
No problems with either type.
The newer ones have a torx screw in the handle.
