Kis from my point of view, probably. Of course the one isn't a khuk, but still looks maybe like a parang? or the like and may be a decent blade in itself.
The handle on the khuk looks like it was reworked by a previous owner and not original.
I must say that both are unique, but I wouldn't pay that much for either or both as is but if they had a unique provenance and I were interested I would pay much more.:)
