Colorado Laws

I go to Colorado almost every year to backpack and climb mountains in Rocky Mountain National Park. While I believe that there is a 3.5" limit on blade length, I have to admit that I've historically never paid much attention to it. (I've probably violated the carry laws in half the states in the US, though I don't hang out in bars or look too "weird".)

That said, the last time I climbed Long's Peak (in early August) I was feeling a little guilty about this issue and meakly complied by simply hauling along a Victorinox One-handed Trailmaster, leaving the heavy ordinance at home. Somehow I managed to survive, and surprisingly I didn't feel too naked.
