Cone Lock wheels

Anyone know where any of these might be found? They take strip cloth and lock it on a wheel similar to the wheels found on belt grinders. A friend of mine is looking for some so any help would be appreciated.

I have 3 conelock wheels . They are all 6inch by app.1 1/2 inch. Let me know if these will work.
