Just got my Knife World today and there is a very nice article on Don Hanson III by BR Hughes.

The Forged Blade Guys are getting a lot of press.

Nice article in Blade on some of the makers.

As well in Knives Illustrated. Articles on Tommy Gann and Gordon Graham. By a writer not near as talented as BR Hughes. :D

Well deserved press, Don! Also received my January Blade, and nice to see Don and some of his work in Don Guild's article, 'Sole Men', about sole authorship as it applies to the world of custom knives.

Les has a great article on business models and plans for the custom knife maker. Part two to follow next month.

There were a few mistakes in the Knife World artical but nothing major. BR did a fine job!!!

That's a really nice write-up that Don got in Knife World. It is well deserved.

WWG, I can hardly wait for part two in The Business of Custom Knives article. Part one was very informative.
 
Congrats to all!!!! Les brings up a good point. I was told that even the guys over at TK are putting more "traditional" knives in the pages of their magazine and i am seeing a goodly number of metal pounders show up there.
