Congress stones

I got my Ruby Tr1-angle stones in the 150 Grit. I ordered the 3/8 ones because the 1/2 were to big for my Sharpmaker. The 3/8 were loose but a few wraps of aluminum tape on the base and they now fit better than the hones that came with it. These cut pretty fast

Good on ya! Weird that the halves didn't fit (mine fit fine), but that's what problem shooting is for.

Cool! I love the way the Sharpmaker works- the only drawback I could see was that it takes forever to get a very dull knife sharp. With some aggressive stones I'll be the Spyderco is really rockin'!

I lucked out and found a old dull plain edge steak knife and the new stones got a decent edge pretty quick. The knife didn't take a great edge but the 150 grit ruby stones worked well. I got four of them. I wish the 1/2 inch would have fit without so much revamping.
