Hey all, it's me again. I was wondering if anyone out there had 2Hawks email address. I tried clicking on the link to send him mail on his website, but I don't have my email program set up to do that sort of thing and I couldn't just find the address anywhere else on his site. So can anyone hook me up? It would be most appreciated.

I am considering buying myself a late Christmas present in January... namely 2Hawks' Longhunter with the hide reinforcement. Anyone have one and want to share their opinions on it, or maybe what kind of modifications (decorational or functional) they have made to it? I would be using it primarily for throwing (how does it throw?), but also do a lot of hiking and it would become my new trail axe (any encumberance problems? where can I get a good sheath?). I've heard only good things about all of his 'hawks (the head almost never moves, keeps an edge nicely, etc...), so I think he is the one I want to go with. Thanks again for any help you can give me.

...come on, people. I look to you all for guidance in these matters. I know some of you have the Longhunter, I've read previous posts. I just was asking questions that I didn't find answers to in those posts. Pleeeeeeasssseeee? :(

The only hawks I have are the ones I make but I'm sure anything that two hawks makes you'll be well pleased with...Ray
BTW, you got mail......

I have the rawhide longhunter or i got it for my dad and have used it in the field hunting I have many hawks but two hawks is by far the best made If you can get one do it fast bob is a master craftsman and it throws pretty well too!!!!!!!!!!!

To the great people I have dealt with .... THANKS for your vote of confidence.
To FCSJEDI - try twohawks@mcn.net for e-mail if you can't get there from the web page link .... and thanks very much for your interest in high quality traditional edged tools.
To ALL: Slowly trying to catch up on stuff like answering BLADE FORUM questions but most computer time now is answering e-mails from almost everywhere and corresponding about waitlist orders (about 70 hawks right now but haven't posted the last bunch to the waitlist).
Now have a firm diagnosis of myasthenia gravis as what has trashed my energy for about 4 years. New medications have restored muscle function and a lot of the lost energy but still not running 100% but maybe some of that is just old age. Side effects unfortunately mess with my already old flaky gut and make mornings unpleasant and cut into shop time. Next step is looking at surgery for the base cause which is a tumor. Don't ever get old - it is bad for your body.
If you know a clinic that can do a full-body transplant I would like about a 45-50 year old healthy male with good muscle development and preferably not any uglier than I am. Hair is optional since my forehead already went over the back years ago and I am used to it.
Best regards,
TWO HAWKS
