If anyone is interested in ordering one of Wildewinds design of my 2nd year Anniversary Knife, here is your chance. Just like last year these will be serial numbered. Cost on these will be $165 for 1/8" thick, and $175 for 3/16" thick. Delivery will be starting in late June / early July.

It's definately a sweet design for a mid sized knife. But, like Redsnake, I'm short on $$ right now.

Same here, I wish things would loosten up a little. Thet keep telling us that things are getting better, Havn't seen it yet here.

Sorry if I missed the info elsewhere but can you say what the blade and handle materials will be and what type of grind, etc.? With or without a sheath?
Thanks!

I am gonna bite the bullet and order one of these for August or Sept. To nice a knife to pass up. I need toecide on the handles and stuff and take a long look at the blade length options. Is this knife a scaled down versin of the Lobo? Just aas well get a number assigned to it.

Sounds good! Right now you have "Pinky" this month, Wharncliff Friction Folder in June, Scandi Friction Friction Folder in July, and this in August or September. It`s shorter in heigth than the Lobo by about 3/8" and shorter in length.

If you can get five inches on that one, that would be even better:) I will look over the scale material again. This one does not scream anything for handles yet. Maybe the torched Oak:confused:

Midwest Dave, We gotta get together for a knife show one of these days, Maybe a cook out.

I bet we could find plenty of cutting tools. Do you work right in Fargo?

John, when you get a cut out or a #1 done, I'd like to come check it out in person if I may. I am interested, I'd want to feel it in hand before making a final decision & this blade looks like a real good candidate for my first JK.

Let me know if that would be possible. Thanks, much appreciated.

Sure! I enjoy having company. Email me your phone number, I`ll be starting one in a few weeks.

Ordered material this morning, should be starting the first one in early June. Maybe if I show a completed one interest might grow.
