The Trail hiker has been designed as an easy to carry go to knife for every day trail use. The thin o-1 steel blade is light enough for small tasks like cutting cord, opening packages, and other little work. The 4” blade gives enough cutting surface for field kitchen duty and other tasks not suited to smaller blades, and the o-1 steel makes it tough enough for those times when you don’t have the best tool for the job so you use your knife. The handle in countered to give a comfortable grip and control regardless conditions. The convex ground blade is belt polished (400 grit)
