what is this made of wood or one like pat crawford makes out of aluminun. someone fill me in on this please. thanks Al.

These are not the survival staffs that the Crawfords make. The Crawford is made from machined aluminum and can be coverted to any number of different tools. While it is a quality unit, it aims for a different user.
The CRK walking canes are works of functional art. They have quality that really has to be seen to be appreciated. The Ti handle gives you a unique surface to grip that isn't found on the canes so often encountered. Then add some of the finest wood available and a lot of TLC and you have a piece of daily use art.
