cracked stag handle

Need advice. I just received a Model 3 Randall with a stag handle. On the left side near the guard there is a small crack. Nothing big but I am wondering if this will be a problem as I plan tro use this knife. Is there anything I can do to protect it ? I was thinking of putting on some crazy glue or expoy ? Any suggestion would be appreciated.

I assume that I can really use the knife without harming it?
 
Antler is pretty tough otherwise it would not have been around so long as a premium handle material. A simple crack is usually not a problem unless it is near a corner and in that case you could possibly lose a chip off the corner.
