Hi. I have a question. My DAD gave me a craftsman pocket knife. #95232 on the blade, I can't find anything about it. I don't think that its old. I looked at Sears site, but they don't have that model.
Does anyone know anything about this knife?

There's lots of Craftsman knives. More details or a pic would be helpful in tracking your knife down.

Of course here is a pic of the knife The # on the blade is 95232.

Sears had lots and lots of knives made by different companies. But those branded 'Craftsman' seem to be a little easier to learn about. Humor me please and take a look at the pic I have imposed on your photo. Please ignore the thumbstud I have added and the front pins which do not appear to match. Close? What are the measurements of your knife?

The knife I am showing you is a Imperial (IKCO) 'Frontier Double Eagle'. They were made in the Camillus factory. BRLevine's Guide tells us Craftsman knives were made by Camillus, Schrade, Ulster, all brands controlled/connected by the Baer family with a long history of co-operation. The Frontiers were made from 1977 to 1985, so I would say that is when your knife was built.

It's just a copy of the Buck 110, right? The guy I get my knives from has a 110 right next to a recent Craftsman model, and you can't tell the difference until you look for the Buck logo. I already have a 110, so I didn't buy that Craftsman, but you can find a new 110 at Wal-Mart for about $30, that's where I got mine. I also got a Kershaw Whirlwind at Wal Mart, only 45 bucks! A Kershaw Chive, only 20 bucks!

Wow you guys are good. Thanks for the research. I never planned to do anything with it. Except carry it in my pocket. I think thats its a very good knife, it carries an edge well and its not too big.

I have this same knife in the Camillus version. There isn't much information about it on the internet. From what I can tell, the Sears #95232, the Imperial (IKCO) 'Frontier Double Eagle' and this Camillus are the same pattern knife. Any information on the Camillus version would be appreciated.
