I picked up this fighter from Craig Camerer at Jerry's Fisk's Microshow. It has a 9" 1084 x 15N20 damascus blade with stainless steel and bronze guard with mammoth scales. It is light and fast in the hand.

Here is Craig's description:

"Slim Pickens in a Tux" I started out making this one in the profile of my slim pickens model. The Pickens was designed as a no frills fighter but I decided to really dress this one up. When I got ready to forge it out I decided to use damascus steel for the blade. I made a piece of my twisted Loki's ladder damascus and forged it to shape and thickness at this point used my press and a set of angled ladder dies to laddered the bevels into the blade. It gave the blade a more traditional laddered look but with various looks as the damsacus twists throughout the blade. I stretched out the blade to 9" and added a 416 stainless guard with a bronze and a thin 416 spacer for the fittings
. I followed the guard up with some nice thick creamy mammoth ivory scales.

Chuck Ward took the photo.

that's the coolest of that design by Camerer I've seen. Nice mix of stuff going on; shiny, grainy and busy but it all works together and engages your eye and brain for a lot longer than most knives you see these days. Without being toooo much.

Got to coonfinger that one myself! Great ivory and damascus! Super knife Jimbo!:thumbup::D Heard you got another one from there?;)
