Hey Guys, I was hanging out at the G&K show here in Richmond and came across this cool new knife from CRKT. It was the only one in show and the dealer didn't know much about it, ( his wife ordered it ). Other than having to sharpen the tip it's a really cool EDC with a really different clip. What do ya think?

It is a very nice knife for a great price, but you should keep in mind that the tip will never be very function other than for stabbing.

Yo Steven, I've already opened a few boxes with it and I admit my stabbing needs are much less frequent but isn't cool to know mail is a possibility?:D

Yea, it will work for most things, but it isn't a slicer by any means. I'm sure it tears up boxes and envelopes though!

At first I didn't like the CRKT because it takes just a little extra force to pierce denim but I must say it has really grown on me. Other than having some issues with the liner lock...all I have to say is thank God for LAWKS, it's a pretty good little knife. Plus Bud Nealy is one of my favorite knife makers and I would by any production knife he was involved with...:D

One aspect I like on the stab is the stopping power. Slashes don't have that same effect in SD situations. One of my friends got hit by a chest stab in a Bar fight and felt immediant problems in continuing his engagement in action. I think it's called "Pneumothorax" ( Lung collapse ):p
