CS Haft.

on the CS website?
unfortunately, the eyes on their hawks are larger than "standard", or you could order from Crazy Crow, Dixie, or many other sources.

Another option is making your own out of sledgehammer handles, which is what I usually do.

I just came back from a canoe camping trip with a cracked haft... is it hard to make your own handle? How do you go about it?

You can get them from CS, or Google them and go to the shopping page. The 30" handles I like are hard to find from anyone but CS, but there's a few places and they are cheaper usually.

The nice thing about them is that they are a bit bigger than most hawk eyes, so you can whittle them down to an exact fit. Also, most teardrop eyes are longer than the bottom of the CS hafts, so you only have to shave a little on the "cheeks" of the haft to get it on, then the top of the CD haft is considerably larger. So you can have a fairly oval cross section, with a very good fit for the head itself.

Anyone know a canadian supplier? Every place I find a replacement handle either doesn't ship to canada or charges me more in shipping than the price of the actual handle... kind of silly...

Do I have any other options?

If you have some experience carving wood, it's not hard at all, just time consuming. I use a rasp for most of the work.
