First time I pulled this little cuss out of my pocket it caught and I had that sensation that it was waving on me. What the . . . ? ? ?
Wow that could be dangerous, wasn’t expecting that ! ! ! ! . . . and . . . it caught on my pants and didn’t fully open / let go of the pocket.
Waaaaaaait . . . do that again . . . yep that’s what it was doing.
Anybody else have this ? Is it just me ?
Did you wind up shortening / removing the thumb stud on the inside facing your leg so it would stop hooking on your pants ? I mean since the point of the knife is such a hooked end it is not desirable to wave this knife; it can hook on your pants . . . at least destroying your pants . . . at worst causing some of your precious bodily fluids to leak out.
Some photos of the knife and the prob.
AND WHAT ABOUT THE BD1 ? Did they ever make this in BD1 ? I bought mine in AUS8 and feel fortunate to have found what appears to be one of the last brand new / off the shelf examples still in the wild. On mine the lettering on the blade bears no indication of the steel type; I’m just going by the vendor’s description.

Note how the thumb stud on the inside is now caught on the seam of my pants and pulling the seam back.

Riding the wave. Cool so far

AAAAAnnnnnnnd the tip digs into the leg of my pants and all comes to an embarrassing halt.
