Hello,
I'm not sure where to start looking for the knife I want so I decided to try this forum. I'm looking for:
- Fixed blade, full tang (3.5 - 5" blade)
- Foliage/ranger green scales (G10, Micarta) that has a matte finish and is textured and/or contoured.
- Satin/polishable finish
- jimping on top of blade/spine
- 3/16" - 1/4" spine
- Reputable steel that won't rust immediately w/o being duracoated
- I have larger hands, and need a decent sized handle
- I'm open to different grinds and steels
I like the looks and size of the Fehrman Peacemaker. I also like the size and blade heft of the Bark River Bravo-1. I'm an outdoorsman, but am looking for a knife that I can EDC. I have no legal blade length restrictions. Anyone have a knife already made that sounds similar?
