Here's my annual appeal for all BF members to "Buy a Custom Knife for Christmas". This will help the makers with their holiday expenses, and allow us to either give or get a great gift. I started the ball rolling yesterday by buying a little warncliffe from Kerry Hampton, and look forward to at least one other purchase before Christmas. Let's show the makers that we appreciate their talent and hard work. Merry Christmas (or whatever you celebrate) Bill.

I do my share every year, just this week 6 customs have shipped to me.

My Jeff Hall large Bounty Hunter arrived this past Saturday.:D:thumbup: Thinking about another custom now.

I'm enjoying my five inch Model IX from Eddie White. Hopefully I'll be enjoying a wharncliffe from him in early January. Those are/will my/be my Christmas purchases. Both early and late!

Two inbound as we speak, with the possibility of a third before Christmas.

Eddie is one of my favorite makers. At last count, I have 5 of his blades; he made me a little warncliffe with buffalo horn that's really neat. My last one of his is the little clip point in natural micarta. He does super work. Bill.

I ordered a second Leu custom for my son, a black over green kozuka. His blades are terrific.

My Christmas present from my wife will be a custom knife. I'm really excited about it, but it is on schedule right now, and I don't want to jinx it by saying any more about it.

Always have a few on order. I'm ready when the makers are. A call this week would make me happy. Please Santa. L.B.
