Does anyone have the email address or phone number for REKAT's customer service? My carni's in need of a new clip.

Thanks,
Jay

Since the topic is customer service I want to mention something about REKATS customer service. I called REKAT today about buying a spring for my Pioneer II that I lost(don't ask). I was pleasantly suprised to find that Christina answered the telephone, and took the time to fill me in on some of their new knives. I had a very enjoyable chat with Christina, and she is going to get my parts sent out to me. I don't know about anyone else, but I have had nothing but great experiences with REKAT's customer service. Don't worry Jay they will take of your knife.

Let me add a few kudos as well. I recently bought one of the green-scaled first run Sifus from another forumite. I love the knife, but I was kind of surprised to find that it didn't have a clip. I called REKAT; they had me send it directly to Bob Brothers. Now I have it back and it has a standard clip on it. Perfect, simple, and quick!

Folks,

Christina sold me an ambidextrous thumb stud for a carnivore (works for a cub also) for a nominal price. Patiently answered my questions.

She also mentioned that they have about 15 lefty pocket hobbits on a shelf.

Thanks Christina! :-)

I didn't keep close track, but I'd say it was less than two weeks total. Almost all of that was shipping time. Bob was very prompt.

Did any of you guys ask if or when we were gonna get D2E Carny Cubs? Since REKAT's not answering on the forum, thought they might on the phone.

Jason,
I asked the lovely Christina that same question. She didn't know! I know I'm waiting for them to come out also! In the mean time, if I can liberate enough $$ I'm going to get a green handled Cub!

While you were talking with Christina, did she happen to mention anything about the lightweight Carnies? That's the puppy I'm waiting to snatch up.

I'm sorry to say I didn't think to ask about the lightweight Carnys. I had forgotten all about them! I'm waiting for D-2E steel to make it to the Carny Cubs.
