D1.4 Steel?

I was recently browsing the on line stores and came across a Puma stag large stockman that I really like. They said the steel was D1.4. Anybody ever here of this. (I did a search and nothing came up)
I prefer my pocket knives in 1095 since they rarely see hard use and I like to have them razor sharp.
Do you think I will be disappointed?
I really liked the knife and it was a pretty good price, but I'm not sure about this steel.

Doesn't anybody have an opinion on Puma's newer knives. Do you think maybe I should post this on "Reviews and Testing". Maybe Cliff or Joe might have dealt with it before?
I wont buy anything without knowing at least a little bit about it. So I'm in a bit of a bind here because I really like the looks of this knife.
