It seems that I have gone nuts with chef knives but it just happened this way. This knife was on display at the Folk Art Center on the Blue Ridge Parkway for the past few months and I just picked it up this morning.

125 layers of 15N20 and 1084 high carbon steels.
Heat treated to Rc 58-60 with attention to a fine grain structure throughout the blade
Flat grind
Canvas Micarta handle with brass and Micarta spacers
Overall length: 14 inches
Blade: 9 inches
