I get this question a lot too....so to dispel any myths/rumors before they start....:D :eek: :p



YES, I am still taking custom orders!

But, basically, in a nutshell, cuttin' to the chase, no beatin' round the bush.....here's the unofficial word:


Custom, one-off orders (where I am designing your knife from scratch, having never done it before, etc) - generally are put on the backburner until I get time to sit down and think it through.

Custom orders based on existing patterns are usually finished earlier, and have a higher priority because I know what to expect, and can make them in batches.



And NO I will absolutely NOT copy another maker's design for you. Even if it is slightly changed. If it is completely changed, I will consider it (like my WSK versus the original). I give credit where credit is due and believe that makers deserve mutual respect. :thumbup:
