Date of old Camillus display case

I know a couple of former Camillus employees show up here and answer questions, Phil Gibbs and Tom Williams. Wonder if either of those guys can date this display stand. (this is an ended ebay auction, so I am pretty sure I can link to it).

My guess is 1960 -1970s; maybe a little earlier.
